lowercase studio_
FAQ
Services, scope and working arrangements.
What will lowercase offer?
Brand and graphic design, website and landing-page design, growth and campaign design, and visual creative direction. The homepage Services section describes planned deliverables.
Who is the studio for?
Consumer brands, digital products and growing teams seeking visual design support for launches, campaigns or recurring needs.
How will the retainer work?
A monthly fee covers a client-specific scope of design work. Deliverables, capacity, priorities, timelines and review rounds are agreed in writing.
How much will it cost?
Pricing will depend on the scope, complexity and expected capacity. There is no fixed public rate; a proposal will set out the fee and any additional costs.
What does growth design mean?
Visual design for acquisition and communication touchpoints: campaign concepts, social assets, ad creative variations and landing pages. It focuses on design and iteration; it does not imply a promise of growth or a media-buying service.
How are requests and revisions managed?
Requests will be prioritized within the agreed capacity. Milestones, review rounds and feedback responsibilities will be specified in the statement of work. Additional work requires agreement on any fee or timing changes.
Is development or production included?
Only when explicitly included in the scope. Design handoff can be provided to a client’s developers or production team. Printing, filming, development and paid-media execution are not automatically part of a design retainer.
Can I pause or cancel?
Pause, renewal, notice and cancellation arrangements will be defined in the client agreement. There is no universal pause or cancellation promise on this website.
Who owns the final files?
The agreement will specify ownership, source-file delivery and any third-party licenses. Fonts, stock assets and other licensed materials may carry separate terms.
Is lowercase delivering client work now?
No. The company currently has no employees and client service delivery has not begun. Prospective engagements are in discussion. Work will begin only after the necessary authorization and engagement arrangements are in place.
Are the website visuals client projects?
Decorative visuals and illustrative concepts are not evidence of completed client engagements. The founder’s prior experience is separate from work performed by lowercase.
How can I enquire?
Use the contact form or email with your brand or product, the design support you anticipate needing, priorities, expected timing and approximate budget. An enquiry does not confirm a booking or start date.
