Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you visit the lowercase studio website.

Legal Notice↗Privacy Policy↗Cookies Policy↗

01 — Scope

This policy describes the current website operated by lowercase build, Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”). It covers browsing our services and portfolio, sending an enquiry through our form or by email and booking an introductory call. It does not describe every processing activity involved in a client campaign or creator engagement.

Where we handle personal information for a client, the relevant agreement and any applicable project-specific privacy notice govern that processing. A client’s own website, advertising accounts and customer data practices are separate from this site.

02 — Information collected

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional brand or website, and message, together with a submission identifier and timestamp. These are stored in our hosted database and accessible through an owner-restricted inbox. We use your email and submission time to limit repeated submissions. There is no newsletter subscription, file upload, checkout or embedded booking service. Booking links take you to Cal.com, a separate scheduling service. When you book, we receive the contact details, appointment details and answers you provide in the booking form. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to share. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, including IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs, to deliver and protect the website. A private version may require an account with the hosting platform. That platform handles account and sign-in information under its own privacy notice.

We have not installed advertising pixels, third-party audience analytics, session replay or embedded social-media players in this website. We do not use the website to collect sensitive personal information.

03 — Purposes and recipients

We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange meetings, discuss your project and manage related correspondence. Our website hosting and database providers store form enquiries so we can review and respond to them. Our email provider and Cal.com process information needed to provide their respective services. Meeting information may also be handled by the calendar and conferencing services used for the appointment. Cal.com processes booking information on our behalf; its own services and technical data handling are described in the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

Technical information is used to serve pages, manage access, troubleshoot faults and protect the website from misuse. Hosting and security providers may handle it as part of providing those functions. Their own account services may involve separate processing, described in their policies.

If disclosure of information under our control is legally required, or reasonably necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights, relevant information may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities or professional advisers.

We do not sell website visitor information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providing performance creative services to clients does not mean that this website uses advertising trackers.

04 — Cookies and browser signals

See our Cookies Policy For the distinction between this website’s features and hosting-platform storage. Our website does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking and does not change that practice in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

05 — Retention, location and security

Technical data may be handled in the countries where hosting providers operate. Platform-managed log retention and international processing depend on the provider’s applicable terms and practices; we do not specify an unverified retention period for those records.

For information under our control, retention is limited to what is reasonably needed for its stated purpose, security, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Access should be limited to those who need it. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

06 — Your rights and choices

Depending on the law applicable to you and the processing concerned, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where relied upon, or complain to a privacy regulator. Legal exceptions and identity verification may apply. This notice does not assume that every privacy law applies to our studio.

For a request concerning information controlled by us, use the company contact details below. Requests about a hosting-platform account should be directed to that platform through its privacy channels. You may also manage cookies and stored website data in your browser.

07 — Children and external sites

This website presents professional agency services and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit personal information about children through the enquiry form. External links, when provided, lead to services with their own privacy policies.

08 — Changes

We will update this page and its date when website practices change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Adding forms, embedded scheduling, analytics, advertising pixels or other data-collecting features requires a review of this policy before those features are enabled.
