Process

Monthly design support, scoped to your needs.

1. Define the scope

Discuss the brand, audience, design needs and existing materials. Agree on priorities, deliverables, expected capacity, schedule, fee and working arrangements in a written statement of work.

2. Set the direction

Develop visual references, concepts and design principles. Establish the typography, color, imagery and layout approach appropriate to the brief.

3. Design & refine

Create the agreed assets and share them for review. The client supplies consolidated feedback and approvals through the review rounds defined in the scope. Changes beyond the agreed work require an updated scope, schedule or quote.

4. Deliver & plan ahead

Prepare approved assets, source files where agreed, and handoff specifications. Review upcoming priorities for the next period. Where the client provides performance data, use it to inform design iterations without promising a particular business result.

Monthly retainer

The fee and scope are tailored to the client. A retainer does not automatically include unlimited requests, unlimited revisions, all production services or a fixed turnaround for every asset.

Payment, renewal, pause and cancellation terms will be agreed in writing before an engagement begins. No standard price or cancellation period is being advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

The planned design role covers visual concepts, design systems, asset creation, creative direction and review. Clients provide access to brand materials, factual claims, feedback and approvals.

Development, media buying, creator filming, printing and other production work are included only if expressly agreed; responsibilities and any specialist costs will be identified in the scope.
